4 fuji apples or golden
80 g flour
70 g of butter
40 g of sugar
1/3 cup dry Marsala or other wine
Cinnamon to taste
Peel the apples, remove them from the top cap , then remove the core and empty the pulp , thus obtaining 4 ” bowls “.
Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with the wine , cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15′.
Put the pulp in a saucepan and cook the apples in a casserole with lid about 5 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of water and very little sugar if necessary.
Turn and mix the crumbled amaretti.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the flour and 40 g of sugar add cinnamon to taste.
Turn out the bowls , fill with the apple pulp then sealing them shut with the prepared mixture , pressing on as a kind of cover.
Put the bowls into the pan with the cooking juices , then inform to 200°C and cook for 20′.
