Mousse parmesan and pear mousse

Ingredients:

100 g grated parmesan cheese
250 g mascarpone cheese
100 g whipping cream
1 ripe pear
bitter orange jam

 Procedure:

Mix parmesan with mascarpone and whipping cream not completely whipped.

Peel and cut the pear, then dice it and mix with the other ingredients.

Serve in a small dish and add a little jam on the top.
